leftoverSo what do you do when you have too much food? Do you throw it in the trash? Do you save it for later? Dy you turn it into something fresh and exciting? Or is it a new fermented creation?

We also take a turn off the leftovers track and talk about food tv. Not just cooking shows, but we dive into the weird and wacky world of tv sitcoms.

Of course there is pinterest and boy is it bad this week. Along with the quiz and a bunch of other fun stuff.

  1. With all the puking, this is one of the most TAI-esue of the shows so far. As usual, Brian should be dead, and is probably a Highlander or something. Perhaps there’s something he’d like to tell us.

I once had a roommate who was previously homeless, and he’d eaten so much spoiled food he was immune to it. He would take food home from work (Arby’s), then leave it on the counter and return to it a day or two later. We had a fridge, he could have used that.

I’m not sure where you guys can take it from here, as there are only so many types of food out there. You might want to devote an entire episode to limited-time mystery foods like the McRib or Pumpkin Spice Latte. No one knows what’s in any of that.

At Jack, we’ve pretty much changed the whole menu. Weird buns without seeds have replaced the hamburger buns, and the onion mayo has been replaced by the real stuff. There seems to be a new sammich every week, and the (very good) Cheddar Onion Buttery Jack seems to be on the way out. Not my idea, even though I can’t eat that thing. Diabetes!

  2. I couldn’t help but notice that Tony had so very little to say on the topic of leftovers. Perhaps, it’s because there never are any?
